This acceptable use policy (the "Policy") defines acceptable practices for the use of Canada Host ’s services (the "Service").
Remote Hands Policy
Colocation Customers may request Canada Host to perform "remote hands" service on Customer's equipment within the Canada Host facilities.
Service Level Agreement(SLA)
This Canada Host (Host) Service Level Agreements (SLA) is governed by the customer service agreement or master service agreement (each, an “Agreement”).
Colocation Access Policy
In order to ensure the safety and security of our facility, our clients and their colocated systems, Canada Host has specific policies and procedures that all employees, clients and guests must follow.
Canada Host provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by Canada Host from time to time without notice to you.
Canada Host ’s policies and procedures for handling customer information have been created with the understanding that Internet technologies are still evolving and that Internet business methods are continuing to evolve to meet the needs and opportunities of the changing technologies.
All notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via e-mail or conventional mail. Canada Host may broadcast notices or messages through the Service to inform CUSTOMER of changes to the TOS at their choosing, but is not required to do so; Canada Host may broadcast changes to the Service, or other matters of importance; such broadcasts shall constitute notice to CUSTOMER.
